!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I live in Northern VA. So I'm looking for a new new DD to drive up 66 to GMU. This will help commuting times for sure... I just need 7k.

That livery hasn't changed in the 30 years since I started driving in VA. And probably not for a long time before that, either.

CP. Don't do it. You want a police Interceptor? For $7k you can come to Jersey and get a Charger. A hell of a lot badder than that thing for the same money.
The seller paid how much for an air intake? Seriously? I got a K&N for $200 on Amazon with a brand new filter included. $2800 tune up? What did they do? Refill the unicorn tears? You're spending way too much if you get that.
If you want a P71 Crown Vic, come to new jersey auctions. You'll pay half that for a more expensive example.

His house is the only one on the street with sand instead of a yard. I bet he doesn't even live near the beach.

My friend picked one up at the auction, 110k miles, citizen patrol. Pretty damn nice. But she paid $2000.
Crack pipe

My buddy in college bought an ex-popo50 at auction. Still had the cage and the mirror mounted high beam. We spun out once (he was driving) while getting on the freeway. They are fast as shit, but the steering is pretty awful. Wonder how they catch people in these things freeway excluded.

Just thought I would mention that no good can come from a non-paper filter. If you don't care about the car, yes they work. However, they are not nearly as good as removing small particles from the intake - hence the airflow butt/non-butt dyno results. Just shake out every 5K and change the stock filter every 15k and you will be a happy camper.

I see you you noticed the Florida in the photo, too.

Crackpipe. People buy these things for two reasons:
They want a cheap, durable, daily driver.
They want to be police-lookalike douchebags.
At $7K, he's trying to get back some of the $6570 in maintenance/modifications he did to the car.
Offer him $430 and hope the tires are good.
Or check this one out http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/cto/476879…
Non-police paint job
Extra wheels for snow tires
Same mileage
Could probably pick it up for $3500

Seems like the owner has had a fair amount of work put into it, Also if it was an accident investigator as he says there probably wouldn't be a partition in the back and no funny smells.

You are in NoVA and you go to GMU? Me, too!
I'm both the red 1990 ZR-1 and the black 1996 Corvettes you might have seen trundling along campus. Usually in Lot K, parked somewhere against the first median.

If you can sneak into Research Hall around 12:00, we're having lunch served for us.
Otherwise, perhaps on Monday?
